Privacy policy
This is the privacy statement of Wolfork Beheer BV (hereinafter: Wolfork), with its registered office at Meerweg 45, 1405 BD Bussum. Chamber of Commerce number 92638481. The purpose of this statement is to provide every customer with information about how Wolfork processes and uses your data.
It is important that you read this privacy statement so that you are aware of how and why your data is used. This privacy statement may be amended at any time.
This statement applies to all personal data collected by Wolfork through the use of www.wolfork.com and/or wolfork.nl (hereinafter: the Websites).
Definitions
1. Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, or an online identifier. Data relating to your dog that cannot be linked to a specific legal person, such as the dog’s name, breed, age and the like, are therefore not personal data.
2. Processing: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collecting, recording, organising, structuring, storing, updating or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying data.
3. Controller: the legal person that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (hereinafter: Wolfork). In this case, Wolfork is the controller.
4. The data subject: the natural person who uses these websites (hereinafter: Customer).
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer. Thanks to cookies, you do not have to set personal preferences, such as your preferred language, every time you visit the website again.
Wolfork uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies.
• Functional cookies: are necessary for the correct operation of the websites.
• Analytical cookies: allow us to analyse the number and behaviour of the users of the websites.
• Tracking cookies: these cookies track your browsing behaviour so that we can better tailor our advertisements to your profile.
• Some of these cookies are stored in your web browser by our performance providers and advertising partners. Wolfork has no direct control over these cookies.

Plug-ins and links
The Websites contain links and plug-ins to third-party websites. By clicking on these, these third parties may collect personal data about you. We have no control over these websites and are therefore not responsible for the processing carried out by these third parties.
Which personal data do we process?
• Identity data: first and last name
• Contact data: billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number
• Financial data: bank account and payment card details
• Transaction data: detailed overview of payments and purchased products
• Profile data: username, password, purchases or orders already made, interests, preferences, feedback, communications and responses to surveys
• Technical data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone settings, location, types and versions of browser plug-ins, operating system and platform, and other technologies on the devices you use to access the Website
• Marketing and communication data: preferences regarding the receipt of marketing and other communication preferences
• Other personal data actively provided to Wolfork
• No special categories of data as described in Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation

Purposes of the processing
Personal data will only be processed for the following purposes, or for purposes compatible with these purposes.
• Service provision (in particular receiving guidance regarding the best food for your dog)
• To improve our services and your user experience
• Contact regarding upcoming deliveries
• Personalised direct marketing
• Management of payments
• Management and technical improvement of the websites
• Newsletter, provided you have subscribed to it
Legal grounds for the processing
The processing takes place on one of the following legal grounds:
• The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Customer is party, or;
• The explicit consent of the Customer, or;
• The legitimate interest of Wolfork. In this regard, account is taken of the legitimate interests of the Customer and whether the Customer can reasonably expect that the processing may take place for that purpose.
Persons with access to this data
Wolfork only shares data with third parties when this is necessary for the provision of services, unless Wolfork is legally or judicially obliged to share data. Wolfork only allows third parties to process this data for specific purposes approved by us.
This data may be shared with:
• Delivery services: so that your goods can be delivered to your home.
• Service providers that provide IT and system management services.
An overview of these third parties can be found in appendix 3 at the bottom of this statement.
Retention period
Wolfork does not retain your data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing. Specifically, Wolfork retains your data for a maximum of 24 months after the last order.
Data security
Wolfork has taken appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. We also require that third parties who gain access to your personal data apply the same security measures.
Your rights regarding the processing
Every Customer always has the right to request access to, and rectification or erasure of, their personal data, or restriction of the processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
If processing takes place on the basis of the Customer’s consent, the Customer also has the right to withdraw consent for a processing operation at any time, such as withdrawing consent for receiving direct marketing. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
The right to access, rectification or erasure of personal data, to restriction of the processing concerning them, to withdrawal of consent, or the right to object to a processing operation can be exercised by sending an email to info@wolfork.com. Wolfork has the right to ask for your identity before acting on the above requests.
Wolfork will respond within 30 days of a request at the latest.

A Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
However, Wolfork will not be obliged to comply with a Customer’s request for access, correction, erasure or transfer due to legal obligations or due to the exercise or substantiation of a legal claim.
